How to Write a Novel In 100 Days
You read that right
Hello!
You might’ve wanted to write a novel (because bragging rights are kind of cool to have).
However, as soon as you stare at that blank page, the feeling of dread is cast upon you. If that sounds like you, read on.
I’m going to be telling you how to write your first draft in just 100 days,
And potentially set up the foundation for ghostwriting and earning money from novels in the future.
Understand It’s Not Easy
I’m 100% sure you already know writing a novel isn’t easy. However, no matter how challenging you think it is, it’s definitely more difficult.
If you think writing 1000 words a day is easy and want to immediately set goals that you won’t achieve,
I say screw those goals. Focus on 500 words a day as a start.
500 × 100 days is 50,000 words, which is of course a novel. Don’t rush the process. If you do, you’re not in for a good time 😐️
Set Up A Ritual
This is the weirdest but also the most effective tip I’ve learned. It’s called ‘Pavlovian Conditioning’.
You do something right before you write. A ritual in a way. For example, every time before I write, I listen to music, sit in a specific spot only used for writing.
I then read over my previous work and always trick myself into writing because I find a mistake.
Simple as that lol.
But this knowledge alone might not be enough.
Sure, I just gave you some tips, but you need a structured plan. And no, I’m not going to sell you anything.
NONE of these emails will try to sell you anything. If they do sue me (actually don’t lol.)
So, sign up for my free course here. It’s worth your time, and if you don’t like it, you have nothing to lose.
This course focuses more on doing, not as I’d like to say ‘reading and not doing anything.’
So, if you’re interested, be sure to sign up. If not, that’s fine as well.
That’s all from me,
Peace.
